Just diagnosed as gluten-intolerant last fall, I survived a delicious semester in Italy and another semester here at Wesleyan gluten-free. Buttt, it was a bit sketchy, guessing what was gluten free at the diners and such.
So I’ve embarked on this project for my senior year, so others won’t have to do guess work!

I was recently admitted to Wesleyan ED, Class of 2014. I was diagnosed with Celiac last year and am slightly freaked out about going gluten free in college. I think it’s great that you have this blog; I would love for you to shoot me an email/facebook me. It would be super-helpful to understand what I’m going to be dealing with.
